Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. The product received is damaged.
  2. You received the wrong product.
  3. No Return Or Exchange on ALLOWED TO OPEN PARCELS.
  4.  Items Once used Can Not Be Returned or Refunded.
  5. Those Customers Who Don't Receive their Parcel or Do Fake Orders, 
    RnH-store Block These Customers and They Do Not Able to Purchase any of 
    RnH-store products In Future. And If they Need the Parcel 2nd time at any case, they need to Pay Full Payment in Advance Otherwise We Don't Serve Fake Customers.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order. Please note that change of mind returns is not accepted. To initiate a return, contact us at

Once your return is approved, we will process a replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
